Talents UAE: Pioneering Emiratization and Supporting UAE’s Future Vision

Talents UAE takes great pride in its commitment to Emiratization, as evidenced by its high rating of 2A with the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHRE). By fostering the growth of Emirati talent and contributing to the UAE’s economic development, Talents UAE is playing a pivotal role in realising the nation’s future ambitions.

Under the care of His Highness Sheikh Mansour, the employment of Emiratis in the private sector went up to 28,000 in only one year, raising their presence by 70% within months.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, underlined the importance of empowering Emiratis, stating, “Empowering our people is at the core of our plans for the future, and we are confident of their determination and enthusiasm in building a national economy that is the most competitive in the region.”

In line with this vision, Talents UAE is registered with Nafis, the official platform for the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Program. Nafis aims to encourage Emiratis to apply for jobs in the private sector, strengthening their presence and contributions to the UAE’s economy.

To further incentivize Emiratization in the private sector, Nafis has introduced an award recognizing companies that excel in meeting Emiratization targets. Talents UAE is proud to boast a 55% Emirati workforce as recognized by MOHRE.

In addition, Talents UAE has registered with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA). Established in 1999 under Federal Law No. 6, GPSSA plays a crucial role in providing pensions and social security for all working citizens of the UAE.

By partnering with these esteemed organizations and committing to developing Emirati talent, Talents UAE is actively paving the way for a prosperous and competitive future for the nation. As the UAE continues to thrive and grow, Talents UAE is dedicated to staying at the forefront of progress, supporting its people and the broader economy.
