Awarded the contract by Farah Experiences to recruit, train and manage the bilingual guiding team at Qasr Al Watan, the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi. We supported the client during the first year of operations. Our guides received 100% positive feedback from the visitors on their engaging tours that were delivered in English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese.

• We sifted through 600 applications, interviewed 120 candidates and eventually onboarded 22 bilingual tour guides in freelance, part-time and full-time capacity of whom  12 Arabic/English speakers, 4 Russian/English speakers and  6 Chinese/English speakers. 
• We trained the cultural guiding team through a bespoke 2-week hands-on training programme that prepared the guides for the opening and daily operations, focusing on content as well as facilitation techniques.
• Our  Arabic speaking guides were present for the Grand Opening for the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and its invitees.
• The Guiding Team delivered tours for the Media Opening and the Public Opening.
• After the opening, we proceeded with ongoing training and feedback to assure the maintenance of excellent standards throughout the contract.
