Qasr Al Watan - The Presidential Palace
Talents UAE was awarded a contract by Farah, now Miral Experiences, to recruit, train, and manage the bilingual guiding team at Qasr Al Watan, the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi. During the first year of operations, we ensured our guides received 100% positive feedback for their engaging tours in English, Arabic, Russian, and Chinese, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences.
Key Contributions:
- Recruitment: Screened 600 applications, interviewed 120 candidates, and onboarded 22 bilingual tour guides, including 12 Arabic/English, 4 Russian/English, and 6 Chinese/English speakers.
- Training: Conducted a bespoke 2-week hands-on training program focusing on content and facilitation techniques to prepare guides for opening and daily operations.
- Grand Opening Support: Arabic-speaking guides were present for the Grand Opening for the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and its invitees.
- Tour Delivery: Our guiding team delivered tours for both the Media Opening and the Public Opening.
- Ongoing Support: Provided continuous training and feedback to maintain excellent standards throughout the contract.
